Meet Seeds of Change Coalition Inc ❤️
We are a group of therapists and volunteers who are committed to helping others

Robin Wolvek is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Los Angeles. Robin specializes in complex trauma (CPTSD), obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), other anxiety/depression related disorders, and couples therapy. Robin is a Los Angeles native and completed her Master’s Degree at Pepperdine University.

Emilyn Ahmed is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the Inland Empire area. She completed her Master’s Degree at Pepperdine University. She specializes in anxiety, depression, self-esteem/body image, relational challenges, grief and loss, and supporting adult children of immigrants. Currently, she works with adolescents and adults in a virtual setting.

Sara Lichstein, LMFT, earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University. She specializes in working with a wide range of clients, drawing on her background in Somatic Experiencing and Internal Family Systems (IFS) Parts Work to provide holistic, trauma-informed care. Sara focuses on supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, self-harm, and relational trauma, including break-ups and relationships with emotionally immature partners.

Sara’s diverse clinical experience includes roles in private practice, virtual therapy, and equine-assisted psychotherapy. Currently, she works in private practice in Thousand Oaks, CA, and virtually with clients across the state. In addition to her therapeutic work, Sara is a practicum professor at Pepperdine University, mentoring graduate students in clinical psychology. When Sara is not working she loves dancing, spending time in nature, and being with animals.

Ali Fatollahi is a tech entrepreneur who graciously volunteered his expertise to helping Seeds of Change get off the ground. He is involved with management, strategy, and building and maintaining our amazing website!

Our Mission

Seeds of Change Coalition Inc. is a nonprofit organization founded by licensed therapists with the goal of creating a broader, positive impact on society.

We believe in the transformative power of community and strive to promote mental wellness, resilience, and personal growth for all."

Our Purpose

Our purpose is to facilitate healing through shared experiences and events, helping individuals navigate life's challenges and build a supportive network. We aim to enhance emotional well-being and empower participants to take charge of their mental health, fostering a sense of belonging and community. We also help to raise money for meaningful causes to uplift and support those in need.
